Returns & Exchanges

Policy: will accept product returns and provide refunds, exchanges or repairs where:

  • The product is faulty or is not of acceptable quality; or
  • The product is not fit for its intended purpose; and
  • The customer can present a receipt or other adequate proof of purchase.

Our policy will be no refunds for an incorrect size choice – only exchange. Products may be exchanged for another size if they are in as-new condition – please make sure not to wash the garments. Exchanges can only be made within 14 days of purchase.

Items must be returned to us unused with all labels still attached. Customers can also visit our retail shop during opening hours to inform us about any concerns regarding their order and enquire about an exchange or replacement. reserves the right to assess the condition and age of returned goods prior to providing a repair, exchange or refund. This may result in a repair, exchange or refund being refused.

How to return and exchange:

If you would like to return or exchange your item to do a different size, please make sure that the item has:

  1. All labels and tags; and
  2. The item has not been washed.

After these conditions are met, please fill out the Return & Exchange form and either return the item:

  1. By post to our office in Lai Chi Kok; or
  2. In person by visiting our store in Lai Chi Kok.

For postal returns, all shipping costs will be covered by the customer. We recommend SF Express and please post the items to:, Unit B1, 1/F, Liberal Building, 3 Wing Ming Street, Kowloon, Hong Kong

You may organise SF Express to arrange a pick-up from a residential address or goods may be dropped off at a near-by SF Express Service Point (cheaper). Exchanges will be processed in 2-3 working days and we will ship out the goods by SF Express with shipping costs paid on collection.

If you visit our store in Lai Chi Kok, we can exchange them immediately for free. Our opening times are:

  • 10am - 5pm Monday to Friday
  • 10am - 2pm on Saturday
  • Closed on Sunday and public holidays

All shipping costs will be covered by the customer unless is at fault. Please include a completed Return & Exchange form providing details and reason for the return. Returns that do not meet our policy will be sent back to the customer.
