Our uniform contributes to a sense of community

The Kellett school community has an expectation that our students present themselves smartly and take pride in their appearance. Through wearing our school uniform in the way that it is designed we achieve this, whilst also removing the pressure for students to make daily fashion decisions. Perhaps most importantly though, when everyone is dressed the same, worrying about what you look like is not so important and you gain a sense of belonging.

The NIS Primary School uniform has been established to promote responsibility; a neat and tidy student appearance; and, a steady image amongst our students for our school. We have experienced that when worn correctly, a uniform is an important tool for promoting the image of the school in the community, while also acting as a means of developing school pride and a sense of belonging and cooperation between students.

More information regarding the School Uniforms can be accessed through the parent portal and student planners.
